Information you provide
When you send a service request, the form asks for your name, phone number, town or ZIP code, the service you selected, and a description of the problem. Email is optional. The form also records when the request was submitted.
The website saves each submitted request in a service-request record. It routes the request through Polsia's submissions service for the company dashboard when possible. If that service does not record it, or you did not provide an email address, the site attempts to send a notification to the company inbox when that inbox is configured.
How information is used and shared
The company uses service-request information to review your request, contact you, arrange service, and carry out the requested garage-door work. Relevant details may be shared with the independent technician who will perform the work so the technician can assess, schedule, and complete your request.
The request may also pass through Polsia's submissions service and the company email inbox so it can reach the company. The company does not sell personal information.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The application code uses browser storage to remember your display-theme preference and does not set a tracking cookie for these features. When Polsia analytics is enabled for a deployment, the site creates a random visitor ID in browser storage and sends a page-view beacon, including the visitor ID and deployment identifier, to measure page visits. The beacon is rendered only when the deployment has an analytics slug; this repository does not show whether that setting is enabled on the live site.
The application source contains no Microsoft Advertising UET or Google Analytics tag. We have not verified whether deployment-side settings add either tag. UET is generally used to measure advertising activity and conversions, while Google Analytics is generally used to measure website use; whether either tool is active here is unconfirmed. The app source also does not define a cookie-consent control.
Retention
Service requests are saved in the application database. The application code does not define an automatic deletion schedule or a fixed retention period, so this notice does not state a number of days or years. For a question about a particular request, contact the company at the address below.
Questions or requests about your information
You can contact the company to ask about information you submitted or to request access, a correction, or deletion. Any rights that apply depend on the law that applies to you and on recordkeeping obligations. This website does not define a formal request-verification process or a response deadline.
